Tips - Pandeyuca Dough

  1. Dough handling: Use it cold and apply a little oil to your hands so it doesn't stick.
  2. Portioning: Form small balls of 30 g (ping-pong ball size) or any design you prefer.
  3. Preheating: Always heat your oven or airfryer before starting.
  4. Cooking: Do not overcrowd the tray. Adjust the time (± 2-3 min) according to your equipment's power and desired crispiness level.

Storage

  • Shelf life: 10–15 days refrigerated or up to 3 months frozen.
  • Pro Tip: Divide the dough into 3 or 4 portions before freezing. This way, you can thaw only what you need each day, and the rest will remain intact.
